Privacy and authors' rights

• We process authors' personal data (full name, affiliation, e-mail) solely for conference organization, program formation, proceedings publication, and fee accounting.
• Data are stored on the conference server with access restricted to organizers. Authors may request correction or deletion by contacting the organizing committee before proceedings are sent to print.
• By submitting materials, authors confirm copyright compliance and grant the organizing committee a non-exclusive right to publish reports in the conference proceedings.
• Payment information is calculated from the number of articles uploaded in the current calendar year; data from previous years are not used for billing after 31 December.
